After construction has started, how much time will be required until we can move in?

Once construction begins, you can focus on completing all selection items and interior finish choices. Although some of these items will be addressed in the design stage, the majority of the interior selections will be made after the house has been started. I encourage you to focus on and complete your selections in the first two to four weeks of construction. It is easier for you if you will concentrate your efforts on completing this part of the project during the early stages of construction. If you will establish a deadline for yourself of approximately thirty days from when the house is started to complete your decisions, it will help you focus on the total project. Also, some items require long lead times and last minute decisions can lead to disappointment if the selected item is not currently available.
